My childhood best friend is joining the wonderful world of motherhood and I couldn’t be more excited for her and Jake. You can’t just pick one spot in Waterton to take photos. Last years forest fire, Kenow, left its mark on the national park – and it is an eerily beautiful one. Ally and Jake spotted a great area with burnt trees and new growth. The contrasts of color between the black-burnt trees and the fresh-grown greenery is stunning. Also, I think it’s interesting to note that we took a half hour detour from photo taking to follow a grizzly bear. (Not on foot, from the safety of the vehicle, of course.)
“As someone who is a little reserved and camera shy, it is safe to say I was uncertain of what to expect when I talked to Hannah about a maternity shoot. Looking back, all of my concerns were completely unnecessary. Hannah is nothing but an absolute joy to work with! She has a keen eye and a knack for finding stunning backdrops with perfect lighting. Her contagious energy and enthusiasm made us feel comfortable and at ease, which comes through our relaxed, natural looking photos. A huge thank you to Hannah Paige Photography! I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.” Ally
